Job Shortages for Newly Qualified Nurses in Scotland
Qualifying nurses in Scotland who cannot find work are entitled to a place on a scheme offering them a twelve months temporary contract. But the scheme is becoming overwhelmed as the number of requests for places has nearly quadrupled since last year, and is still rising.
